Which locations do you serve?
It depends on the lane. Share pickup and delivery points in a quote request and we'll confirm.
How do I get a quote?
Fill the Get a Quote form with route, cargo, weight, vehicle and date. We reply with availability and price.
What details give the best quote?
Exact locations, cargo type, weight or volume, vehicle size, date and whether it's one-time or recurring.
Do you do contract movements?
Yes. Choose 'Recurring' in the quote form or ask about Dedicated Fleet.
Any goods you can't carry?
Prohibited, illegal and certain hazardous goods. Mention the cargo type and we'll confirm.
How do I track a shipment?
Enter the shipment ID, consignment or LR number on the Track Shipment page.
My number shows no result?
Check it matches your documents exactly. New bookings can take time to appear. Still stuck? Contact us.
Can vehicle owners join Ziplot?
Yes. Register on the Vehicle Partners page. We verify documents and call you.
How long is onboarding?
